Selling your device to ePelican.com is designed to be easy and convenient for you!

Simply follow these steps to accept your offer and get paid.

  1. Visit ePelican.com and select the device you want to sell from the images at the top of the page. You’ll then be prompted to choose the technical specifications (carrier, GB) for the device, then click “View Offer”
  2. Select the condition from three categories, then click “Sell Now”
    1. Excellent – Like new, no cracks or cosmetic flaws. 100% functional
    2. Good – Light wear and scratches, good condition. 100% functional
    3. Broken – Cracked screen, heavy scratches. Must be able to turn on.
  3. Choose how you’d like to be paid:
    1. PayPal
    2. Check
  4. We’ll send you a box to send the device in, and you’ll receive free shipping to send your box to us.

When we receive your package, the inspection team will evaluate your device to verify the information provided and completely wipe out all of the data. PayPal payments will be issued on the same day of arrival after the inspection, and checks will be sent out in the same manner.
