On occasion, we will revise the amount we offer once we have finished inspecting the item at our facility. If this happens, we will send you an email notifying you of the new price we will offer. You have the choice to either accept the new offer and process the payment, or reject the offer and have the device sent back to you. You must respond within seven (7) days, otherwise the revised offer will automatically be approved and the revised offer amount will be sent to you.
If you do reject the counter offer, we will pack up your device and ship it back to the address provided at our expense.
