Do I need to use my own box to send my device?

No! We are happy to provide you a box and return shipping label to send to us. When you are in the checkout process, simply select the “Box and prepaid label” option for your shipping method and we’ll send you a USPS label and box right to your house.

If you have completed the check out and did not choose to receive a box but would now like to have one, please contact us and let us know and we can send one out to you that day.
