Our inspection team will look at every device we receive to make sure it matches up with the condition that was stated during the sale. If our assessment does not meet the condition that you declared online, our offer may be subject to increase or decrease.
If we do indeed counter offer, you will be notified via email of the new amount we can offer. If you choose to accept it, we will proceed with payment as soon as confirmation is received on your end. If you choose to reject the offer, we will send the device back to you at our expense.
If we need to counter offer, we will reach out to you via email and you’ll have seven (7) days to respond. If we haven’t heard a response yet after 4 days, we will send you another email notifying you of the counter offer. If we still have not heard a response 3 days from then, we will automatically process payment for the revised offer.
