We always recommend that you remove your personal information on your device before you send it in, but your data will be safe regardless.
During our inspection process, we will wipe all of the data that is left on each phone that we receive. That includes resetting the device to factory setting and removing any SIM card left inside a phone. In addition, we will never share or sell any of your personal information under any circumstance.
