What happens after I send my device to ePelican.com?

After we receive your item, we will inspect the device to verify the cosmetic condition of the item, test its functions and make sure it has a clean ESN. This inspection process usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on our incoming shipments that day.

If there is a discrepancy with the condition of the device after we have tested it, we will reach out to you via email to counter offer. You can choose to accept or reject the offer. If the counter offer is rejected, we will send the phone back to you free of charge.

After the device has passed the inspection, we will issue your payment that same day. For PayPal customers, the payment is processed instantly!

Checks will be sent out in the mail on the same day as well. We are located in Newport Beach, California, and depending on your location, it could take 1-5 business days for the check to be delivered to you.
