There are two options you have for shipping your device to us.
- Box and prepaid label
- We will send you a box to pack the device and a prepaid label to use when you ship it. We have a partnership with USPS and our boxes will arrive to you on a 2-day priority shipment. The box will also include a 2-day priority mail return label for when you send it back to us.
- Prepaid shipping label
- If you don’t need a box to send it back to us, choose this method to have the prepaid label emailed to you instantly. Print out the label and attach it to your own box.
If you have just chosen the prepaid shipping label option and now want a box to send it in, just contact us and we will be able to send one out to you.
